Coronavirus – COVID19
****CANCELLATION OF WALK-IN HOURS MORNING AND WEEKENDS****
IN ORDER TO HELP MITIGATE VIRAL SPREAD AND TO PROTECT OUR PATIENTS, STAFF AND THEIR FAMILIES, WE HAVE DECIDED TO SUSPEND WALK-IN VISIT HOURS IN THE MORNING AND ON WEEKENDS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE .
Please see our office hours link to see temporary changes to our regular office hours.
To ensure the safety of our patients, if your child has fever and respiratory symptoms OR has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID19 OR has recently traveled domestically OR internationally OR has been in close contact with someone traveling from these areas, please DO NOT come into the office. Please call with concerns and we will direct you as to where to seek care.
****CANCELLATION OF NON-URGENT APPOINTMENTS****
WE ARE ALSO CANCELLING ALL NON-URGENT MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL, PLEASE CALL US. THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATION FEES ASSESSED FOR CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS.
We are currently still seeing well visit children in need of vaccinations. This would include all well visits under 2 years of age and 4 year old well visits. . All well visits are scheduled in the morning and in our back hallway. We are encouraging most sick visits to be handled via telemedicine, but those visits that need to happen will be in a separate hallway and take place in afternoon. The waiting room and clinic rooms are being extensively cleaned in between patients.
****INTEGRATION OF TELEMEDICINE ****.
Even with all the social distancing we are dedicated to being there for you. We are now caring for our patients via phone or internet secure telemedicine. Please call any time if you have any concerns and we are here for you in these crazy times! We will send you a safe secure internet link to allow you to video chat with your doctor, right from your home. We are so excited to provide this service to our patients! Thanks for your participation.
***AVOIDANCE AND TESTING***
Please continue to social distancing, washing hands frequently, and covering coughs. If you or your child are symptomatic, practice self-quarantine. The RIDOH recommends that mild to moderate symptoms be managed at home. RIDOH is rolling out testing centers, however we still need to prioritize testing.
As per the most recent executive order, anyone travelling from anywhere outside of the 50 states (including District of Columbia) must quarantine for 14 days upon re-entry to Rhode Island.

We love our doctor and his staff. They are great and entertain our child. They answer all the concerns we have.
Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and helpful. I know that I can ask any question, and as a new parent I have many! The office is always clean and very inviting.
Our doctor is the best! We moved from Portsmouth to Lincoln for over a year and we continued to come to him. We looked for a pediatrician in Providence, but no one came close. I even inquired with a friend who works for our insurance company and she said I would never find someone as good as our doctor. It’s true, I tried but these doctors are the best in the state.
Everyone is so happy and helpful at Aquidneck Pediatrics. We are first time parents, and are so thankful we chose this practice for our son. The whole staff is wonderful.
At Aquidneck pediatrics, the doctors and staff are always quick to help and make my children feel better. They are very attentive and authentic with their care.
Aquidneck Pediatrics are great with my son. He is not afraid of the office and loves seeing everyone.
We have been patients of my doctor since my firstborn was one year old. Six children later, we are still here and would not go anywhere else. Our doctor is fabulous with children and she is respectful of parents. Her team is a bright spot in the midst of any sick visit!
It truly feels like a small town atmosphere. I love how genuinely caring each and every staff member is.
Sarah, mom of six children ages 1yr-16yrs
My children have been seeing our doctor for over 16 years. We absolutely love her. In her office I never have to wait more than 10 -15 minutes to be seen, which is very important to me with my busy life, and yet I feel that I have 100% of her attention and never feel rushed. She is very supportive, very on top of everything and makes appropriate referrals when needed. Her head nurse is fantastic too.

We love everyone here. They are always so kind and caring! Thank you!
Over the course of the last year we have called our Doctor on the weekend to address sudden fevers, rashes and ear infections. We continue to be impressed at how quickly our phone calls are returned and our issues addressed. We couldn’t be happier!
We love feedback, both good and bad!
We are always looking to improve to make your experience better!
